Hotels:

Check-in time: 2 PM. Check-out time: 10 AM. Some hotels have more flexible times. Please check in each case.
Reservations are only guaranteed if paid in full using International Visa, American Express or Master Card credit cards.

Excursions and Transfers:

Changes must be made 72 hours before hotel check-in.
In case of cancellation reservations are not refundable.
Passengers who decide not to use the services within the programme and booked in advance cannot ask for a refund for said services.

Regional Tour:

Requests for information will be replied within 72 hours.
Once a quotation is made, it will include the terms for the booking and the payment:
* Air fares quotations are always subject to tariff changes without previous notice and to availabilities.
* The only way to guarantee the air fare is to issue the ticket.

* Expiration dates can always be modified by the company. The expiration of a tariff may cause some increase in its value.
*Hotel availability is not guaranteed.
*In case of cancellation, the reservation is not refundable.
Responsibilities:

T.I.P.SRL (E.V. and T Leg. 9994): The company is not responsible for cases of force majeure and/or weather conditions which might occur before or during the development of the tour which might interfere, delay or be an obstacle whatsoever for the total or partial performance of the services to be provided by the company.
T.I.P.SRL (E.V. y T Leg. 9994): Declares that it acts as an intermediary between the travelers and the service providers (hotels, transport companies, tour guides, restaurants, etc.) and as such, is not liable for any unforeseeable accidents, or damages or losses, breaks, delays and/or any other unforeseen inconveniences whichever their cause, that might affect the luggage or other properties of the passengers traveling with the company.
Nor is it liable for any changes in the timetables and/or in flights of the airlines taking part.

Voucher:

All the passengers will take the services booked by the agency by means of a voucher.
This will have to specify very clearly the regular, private, hired services. Each passenger will also have a voucher containing their personal details.

In case of booking more than one room, there will be one voucher per room including the kind of room and the service to be provided. Extras will not be included.
